• Loan amount: For a purchase, this would be the purchase price less your deposit + LMI.
• Interest rate: Use the interest rates at the top of this page as a guide, or email us for updated rates.
• Loan term: In most cases, just use 30 years. We do have options from 1 - 35 years (35% only available at 80% LVR), so choose what you're comfortable with.
• Loan fee: $0 - $400 p.a. depending on the products.
• Repayment Frequency: Note that there are 4.33 weeks per month, or 2.166 fortnights.
